Subscription and trial cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription or trial at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your next renewal date.

How to cancel: Log in to your account and go to your subscriptions, then select Cancel. Alternatively, email me at toby@designedbytc.xyz with your order number and I'll cancel it for you.

Trials: If you cancel during your trial period, you won't be charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you'll be charged £13.99 every month until you cancel.

After cancelling: Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. Customers in the UK and EU may have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases, which ends once you've agreed to immediate access and access has begun.
